Ozark
Tv Show
Genre: Crime; Drama; Thriller
Rating: 8.5 IMDB
Streaming on: Netflix, Amazon

You don’t have to wait to see the Byrdes’ final chapter: the second half of season 4 arrived on April 29th, 2022. As the end of the series nears, it is a great time to binge-watch the whole thing for all of the people that still didn’t. Ozark is a tense crime drama with well-rounded characters. The Byrdes and their teenage kids, Charlotte and Jonah, are, for all intents and purposes, an ordinary family with ordinary lives. Except for the job of Marty, a Chicago financial advisor who also serves as the top money launderer for the second largest drug cartel in Mexico. When things go sour, Marty must uproot his family from the skyscrapers of Chicago and relocate to the lazy lake region of the Missouri Ozarks.
The Nice Guys
Movie
Genre: Action/Comedy
Rating: 7.4 IMDB
Streaming on: Netflix

Ryan Gosling and Russel Crow are the perfect combination in this detective noir comedy. There is a fair amount of mystery, a chunk of violence, and a lot of laughter. Their beautiful chemistry makes this movie a real treat to enjoy during the weekend. It is wack, engaging and very entertaining.
Memento
Movie
Genre: Thriller/Mystery
Rating: 8.5 IMDB
Streaming on: Hulu, Netflix, Amazon

As always with Nolan, ‘Memento’ is a wonderfully made movie. The cinematography is slick and the production values in general are suitably gritty and audacious. Former insurance investigator Leonard has short-term memory loss. He can’t remember anything or anyone from only moments before. He knows who he is, and can remember everything up to the attack that killed his wife and left him in this condition, but everything else is a haze. It is a movie that is- paradoxically – very hard to forget. And even though you may remember some parts of it, the plot is so complex and intriguing that it sometimes needs a few rewatches to fully grasp its essence.
